Customer service is terrible

The product is amazing. Love it. I ordered from Exotic snacks, and multiple pouches were leaking. I tried reaching out 3 times to Exotic Snacks. I never got any response. So now I am doing a charge back. Be careful with this company. They aren't customer oriented.
