Why are your prices so high?

We would like to inform you that the majority of our products are sourced directly from the origin country rather than being purchased from distributors in the United States.

Importing products incurs costs such as import fees, customs clearance, and other duty fees. By the time the product arrives at our storage facility, it has incurred additional handling costs.

We make every effort to keep our prices as competitive as possible by importing in bulk quantities and distributing the costs per unit. We also strive to beat or match the market value of each product, while taking into account what consumers are willing to pay.

We get this question quite often as people assume our products contain cannabis. Reassure that at Exotic Snacks Company, we do not sell any cannabis products on our website, and none of our snacks contain any source of cannabis. In addition, in our products description we will advise where each product was manufactured.

I think I received an expired product?

At Exotic Snacks Company, we take product quality and safety very seriously. Rest assured that all products sold are not expired and are safe for consumption. Our commitment to compliance with the USDA Food Regulations Law prohibits the sale of expired products.

Please note that if a collectible item is listed on our website with its expiration date posted, and its primary purpose is for collecting purposes only, we cannot be held responsible if you choose to consume the product at your own discretion and risk.

It is worth noting that for foreign products manufactured in Asia, production dates are typically used instead of expiration dates. Nonetheless, we make every effort to ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and we stand behind our commitment to providing you with fresh and reliable products.

When will my order ship?

After your order has been processed and you receive an order confirmation, please allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Assuming there are no issues with payment or shipping address, your order will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

I need to cancel my order.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@exoticsnacks.com. Please note that once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it may not be possible to cancel your order.

To expedite the process, please include the following subject line in your email: "CANCEL ORDER, ORDER #????, YOUR NAME" - with your order number and name included. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth resolution to any issues you may encounter with your order.

Do you guys accept returns?

In order to comply with all necessary protocols and regulations, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for the items we sell.

However, if you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damaged packaging and item, and we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund.

Did you provide the wrong shipping address?

We have implemented an AI system to detect any errors in the shipping address provided. If an error is detected, we will promptly notify you.

If you need to change the delivery address please email us immediately. 

However, please note that while our AI system is highly effective, it is not infallible. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect delivery address that is valid.
