Shipping policy

Shipping and Order Processing

Please be advised that the order processing time is 1-2 business days, which is separate from the shipping period. Our business operations run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are processed within one to two business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are beyond your control.

For domestic shipping rates and estimates, we offer calculated shipping rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the event that you have not received your order within the scheduled delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@exoticsnacks.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO Address.

 

We ship to USPS P.O. Boxes provided by carrier USPS only. In addition to shipping to Military Base APO Address, we will ship to the valid address provided. Note that we will not be responsible for the delivery once tracking information shows delivered. You're responsible for retrieving the package from the local carrier base.

 

The package shows delivered, but you did not receive the package claim.

Please note that we cannot negotiate with carriers in the event that the tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package. As the recipient, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the carrier upon delivery. If the carrier determines that the delivery location is unsafe, they will not leave the package.

Therefore, if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we will not be held responsible. We recommend monitoring and checking any email notifications with tracking information that we may send you before the delivery. If you are still missing your package after checking with the carrier, please feel free to submit a missing package claim with us. We will then assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. However, please note that refunds will not be issued.

 

The product arrived damaged?

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@exoticsnacks.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution.
