Please note that we do not accept returns for any of our products once delivered. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returned Packages
All orders are processed and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to any particular reason, such as an undeliverable address, no safe place to leave the package, or not being retrieved from the postal office, it will be sent back to our return mailing address.
Please note that we will not reach out to you regarding the return package. All packages returned to the return address will be disposed of as the items are perishable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
