A Very Unhappy Customer
Subpar Customer Service & Slow Shipping

If you can find another vendor, do so. I ordered this product on the 16th and based on the estimated delivery date 21st, I was expecting it to come around that time. However, AFTER the estimated delivery date 21st, I noticed that product didn’t even ship and that I didn’t receive any updated status on my order. So, I reached out to file a dispute with Paypal on the same day. Only after I filed the dispute requesting a refund, I magically received an email (same day 21st) containing shipment information from Exotic saying that my product was “on the way. A couple of days went by and I followed up with USPS using the tracking information provided by Exotic, only to find out that the order had NOT even been given to USPS and that they were awaiting Exotic (22nd-25th). Meanwhile, I’m speaking with Exotic through PayPal and they’re saying that they’ve shipped my order. However, they didn’t ship my product until the 25th, 4 days AFTER they told PayPal and myself that they shipped it & 4 days AFTER it was initially supposed to arrive. My order didn’t arrive until the 1st. Exotic’s estimated delivery dates are incorrect, their customer service is subpar and they’re dishonest about the shipment status, as they don’t ship until you file disputes for refunds. FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!
